We are a specialized custom manufacturing company focused on High-Performance and high-temperature 3D printing. We help companies accelerate development and effectively replace expensive conventionally machined parts with top-notch thermoplastics. We focus primarily on the precision manufacturing of functional parts, thermally or chemically stressed components and industrial products.

1. Our specializations and materials

Our domain is printing on advanced devices (such as Prusa HT90, Bambu Lab H2D, Bambu Lab H2C, Prusa Core One L and Prusa XL) that handle materials, sizes and combinations beyond the capabilities of conventional 3D printers.

• High-Performance (Our main specialization): PEEK, PEKK, PEI (Ultem), PPS-CF, PPSU, PP and others. These materials offer extreme temperature resistance, chemical stability and mechanical strength, and often fully replace metal parts.

• Technical and composite materials : PA (Nylon), PA-CF/GF, PPA-CF, PC, ABS, ASA. Ideal for highly mechanically stressed functional prototypes and end parts.

• Flexible materials : TPU and TPE for the production of custom seals, stops and flexible elements.

• Standard prototype materials : PLA, PETG. We use them primarily for quick and cheap shape tests before final printing from expensive industrial plastics.

2. How we price production (Examples from practice)

We do not calculate the price according to incomprehensible tables. We approach each model individually based on the complexity of the geometry, the selected material and the net machine time.

For an accurate calculation, send us your 3D model (ideally in STEP or STL format) and we will immediately send you a non-binding price quote.

For your rough idea (examples of our projects):

• Thermally stressed machine component (PEEK): Custom model supplied, 5 hours printing, replacement of aluminum part - Price: 2,500 CZK.

• Mechanically resistant clamping fixture (PA-CF): Custom model supplied, printing 3 hours - Price: 850 CZK

• Functional cover prototype (PETG): Quick print for dimension verification, print 4 hours - Price: 350 CZK

3. Additional engineering services and laser

Our main field is additive manufacturing itself. We guarantee the fastest delivery and the best price when delivering finished, print-ready CAD data. However, we also offer additional services to support our manufacturing clients:

• Technological consulting and optimization for printing: from 300 CZK / hour.

• 3D modeling and reverse engineering: from 600 CZK / hour (Data creation based on a broken part or drawing, if you do not have your own designers).

• Laser cutting and engraving (40W): Precise processing of non-metallic materials (plywood, acrylic, leather, rubber). Ideal for the production of device labels, marking of plastic parts or the production of flat gaskets.
