Shipping and returns
1. SHIPPING OF GOODS
1.1. Dispatch of Shipment: All goods marked as "in stock" will be shipped no later than 24 hours after order confirmation, unless unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., technical or organizational issues). The seller reserves the right to extend the shipping time in such cases without prior notice.
1.2. Shipping Options: The seller offers several delivery options to allow the buyer to choose the method that best suits their preferences. Delivery options include:

To the delivery address,

Express delivery (within Prague, on the same day).
1.3. Shipping Prices:

Delivery to parcel pick-up point: 89 CZK (including VAT).

Delivery to address: 129 CZK (including VAT).

Express delivery within Prague on the same day: 500 CZK (including VAT).
1.4. Geographical Restrictions and Delivery Time: Delivery is primarily limited to the territory of the Czech Republic. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping services are D+1 or D+2, with the seller unable to influence the exact delivery date determined by the carrier. For express delivery, the delivery date is set for the same day, provided the order is placed by the designated time (usually by 16:00).
1.5. Responsibility for Shipping: The seller is not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping, unless caused by the seller’s fault. The buyer must immediately check the packaging upon receipt and report any damages to the carrier. If the packaging shows signs of unauthorized access, it is recommended that the buyer does not accept the shipment.
2. PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
2.1. Complaint Procedure: The buyer is obligated to inspect the goods upon receipt. If the goods show defects not caused by improper handling or intentional damage by the buyer, the buyer must notify the seller of these defects within 14 days of discovery. Complaints can be submitted in writing (to email czechprint3d@gmail.com).
2.2. Complaint Deadline and Resolution: The seller commits to assessing and resolving the complaint within 30 days of its receipt. In the case of a legitimate complaint, the seller will offer repair, replacement of the goods, or, in exceptional cases, a refund.
2.3. Complaint Conditions:

The complained goods must be returned in their original, complete, and undamaged condition, in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for any damages incurred from improper handling of the goods after receipt.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned goods, unless the complaint is proven to be justified.
2.4. Evaluation of Complaint: The seller reserves the right to thoroughly inspect the condition of the complained goods. If signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by the buyer are found, the complaint may be partially or completely rejected.
3. RETURN OF GOODS
3.1. Right to Withdraw from the Contract: A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. This right does not apply if the goods were customized or altered based on the buyer’s specific requirements.
3.2. Conditions for Return:

Returned goods must be undamaged, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging along with any accessories and documentation provided.

The buyer must follow the prescribed return procedure, as outlined on the seller’s website.
3.3. Return Shipping Costs: If the return of goods is related to withdrawal from the agreement and is not due to a defect or complaint, the buyer will bear the costs of returning the goods.
The seller will inform the buyer of the exact cost of return shipping prior to approval of the return.
3.4. Return Procedure and Resolution: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method as the buyer used, unless agreed otherwise. The seller reserves the right to deduct from the refund any amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods due to wear or damage.
3.5. Exceptions: The seller is not obligated to accept returns if:

The buyer fails to return the goods in their original, undamaged condition.

The buyer does not follow the established return procedure.

Other contract conditions regarding returns or complaints are violated.

The seller reserves the right to modify or clarify these conditions at any time, with the current version always being published on the website www.czechprint3d.cz.
All deadlines and other conditions are approximate and may be adjusted based on agreement with the buyer.
