The seller operates as a natural person in the field of 3D printing filament sales, 3D printing services, and sales of finished products through an online store. Purchase contracts are concluded only with natural persons who are purchasing outside the scope of their business activities.

II. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of each purchase contract concluded by the seller with the buyer through the online store.

All offers of goods and services listed on the website are for informational purposes only and are not binding until the seller confirms the order.

Before submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

III. USER ACCOUNT AND ORDER

The buyer may use a registered user account to order goods. Registration is free, and the buyer is required to provide truthful and current information.

The buyer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and must not share them with third parties.

The order is placed by filling out the order form on the website, where the buyer provides information about the selected goods or service, payment method, and delivery method.

IV. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

The purchase agreement is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation by the seller to the buyer's email address.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the provided data is incomplete or incorrect.

The order confirmation also means the buyer's agreement with these Terms and Conditions.

V. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

The prices listed on the website www.czechprint3d.cz are final and include all statutory fees and taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added separately.

The buyer may use the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Payment by credit card

• Payment on delivery when receiving the goods

For payment methods where payment is not made immediately, the buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price within 14 days from the conclusion of the purchase agreement.

VI. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The seller undertakes to deliver the goods as soon as possible, usually within [insert number] working days from the order confirmation or payment receipt.

The buyer is obligated to immediately check the packaging upon receipt of the shipment and inform the carrier of any damage. If the packaging shows signs of unauthorized access, it is recommended not to accept the shipment.

VII. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT AND COMPLAINTS

A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the receipt of the goods without stating a reason. The withdrawal can be done using the sample form available on the website.

The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, and the buyer bears the cost of return.

The seller is obligated to refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Complaints regarding defects in goods or services must be submitted in writing to the email czechprint3d@gmail.com or by mail to the above address.

VIII. RIGHTS FOR DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE

The seller is liable for defects in the goods according to applicable legal regulations. The buyer must notify the seller of any defects without undue delay.

If a defect appears within six months from receipt, it is presumed that it was present at the time of delivery.

The seller will decide on further steps regarding the complaint based on specific circumstances and in accordance with legal regulations.

The seller processes the buyer's personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase agreement and ensuring effective communication.

XI. DELIVERY

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from the purchase agreement will be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

The purchase agreement and these Terms and Conditions are archived by the seller in electronic form and are available for download on the website.
